Service
Back4Serenity provides laundry pickup, wash-and-fold, and delivery within our service area. Pickups and deliveries happen within the time windows you select; we don’t promise a specific time within a window.
Turnaround
Laundry picked up by 6:00 PM is normally returned the next service day during your selected delivery window. Closures and holidays may shift this.
Pricing & payment
Your total is based on the weight of your laundry after pickup. We send a secure Stripe payment link once your order is weighed.
Your items
Please check pockets and tell us about any special-care items when you book.
